At Ozone Billiards, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 60-day return policy on most items in new, unused condition. Whether you need a different cue weight or a different accessory, our streamlined process ensures your sports gear is exactly what you need.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all pool cues are securely padded and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
